Call for FIHAV 2023

The Havana International Fair (FIHAV 2023), Cuba’s main commercial stock market, will be held from November 6 to 11, according to the call, signed by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment (President of the Committee Organizer), Ricardo Cabrisas.

As usual, the Expocuba fairgrounds will host the event, considered the most important in the country because it puts investment opportunities on the island and the nation’s economic development prospects into the portfolio and constitutes an excellent business platform for new companies. in the market and for those already established, pointed out the Organizing Committee and added that its magnitude and importance are given by being a space with the most complete national commercial sample.

Remember the call that FIHAV 2022 (carried out after two years of confrontation with Covid-19) had a successful result because companies from more than 60 countries were represented on that occasion,
about twenty official delegations and 30 chambers of commerce, where important commercial agreements were signed.

The organizers of the upcoming event are sure that despite the intensification of the economic, commercial and financial blockade of the United States against Cuba, they will be able to count on a broad presence of businessmen from different regions of the world for the new edition, as well as exhibitors, businessmen and professionals from all sectors and actors of the Cuban economy.

A wide international commercial sample will characterize the meeting that will also host the sixth Investment Forum, an opportunity for bilateral meetings between Cuban and foreign businessmen,
potential foreign investors and to share ideas.

For the first time, this time there will be a pavilion for Cubans residing abroad and promotional activities for Cuban exportable funds will also be carried out,
that will include the productions and services of the forms of state, non-state management and the productive poles.
