Hiring of exhibition area Participation will be formalized through the Participation Contract Request form, which must be requested by email: pabexpo1@palco.cu and luisgutierrez@palco.cu or directly at PABEXPO before October 14.
The Participation Contract Request model will be deliv[1]ered with complete information (including the design of the stand) otherwise the Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for failure to comply with any of the requirements made by the applicant. Banco Central de Cuba the deadline for the payment of the remaining 50% of the contracted space and services will be 20 days before the beginning of the Fair.
If the samples to be exhibited in the Interior Area are of large dimensions , weight or other special characteristics , the exhibitor must notify the Organizer no less than 20 days before the beginning of the Fair , for its evaluation and approval , in accordance with the specifications assembly , coordination for access to the pavilions and requirements of the fairgrounds .

All changes in the distribution of panels or any other element related to the assembly of the tands will be addi[1]tionally rare, according to their complexity and proximity to the opening date of the Fair. The Organizing Committee reserves the right, when it deems it convenient for the in[1]terests of the event, to make changes in the location of the stands and notify the exhibitor together with the proposal for the new location.
A 20% surcharge will be applied for all those services required once the assembly of the Fair begins.
Exhibitor insurance
Aimed at the Organising Committee of fairs and events organised in Cuba with coverage for participating companies and exhibitors, valid for Cuban delegations in other parts of the world.
ESICUBA has insurance products for fairs and events in Cuba and for the participation of Cuban exhibitors in other parts of the world.
These products combine coverage for the different risks that may arise during a fair or event. In the same product, the properties in the fairgrounds, the movement of exhibiting goods, medical and travel insurance for exhibitors, the possible cancellation of the event due to the damage it would cause to the Organising Committee and the Civil Liability resulting from the actions of each of the parties involved are protected.
The Organising Committee may take out a policy to cover its own risks and/or to extend it to exhibitors, while the latter may take out insurance specific to their interests.

As a result of FIHAV, an official catalog of its exhibitors is published, which includes all the exhibiting firms in alphabetical order by country and by classification of the products exhibited, as the case may be. The exhibitor has the right to include up to 15 lines of text about his company’s products and/or services.
Attention must be paid to the information to be published, since the information used will be that which comes exclusively from the data provided by the exhibitors. It must be delivered in digital or printed format and written clearly. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for errors or omissions and will make arrangements. necessary in those cases that do not correspond to the form and style of the Catalog.
Additionally, the exhibitor will have the possibility of including advertisements in this Catalog, according to the established rate. The originals must be sent to the Organizer, ready for printing (final art), in PDF format and
dimensions of 16x22cm.
The deadline for sending information from the official catalog as well as for advertisements is 24 days before the start of the Fair.
