PURPOSE OF THE WEB PAGE

The Havana International Fair (FIHAV) is a multisectoral fair, the largest commercial and exhibitor event in Cuba, it is an important meeting point for foreign and Cuban businessmen that includes all sectors of the Cuban economy.

USERS

The access and / or use of this website attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and / or use, these terms of use, however, by the mere use of the website does not mean the beginning of relationship any work/commercial.

USE OF THE WEBSITE AND CAPTURE OF INFORMATION

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the website and undertakes to share true data for authentication on the platform.

 The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content offered through its website and, by way of example, but not limitation, NOT to use them to:

 (a) incur in illegal activities, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;

 (b) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-legal nature, advocating terrorism or attacking human rights;

 FIHAV reserves the right to withdraw all those comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, illegal, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, public order or security. or that, in their opinion, are not suitable for publication.

In any case, the FIHAV will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through the site or other participation tools that may be created.

 The data will be kept at the request of the user, who has the right to request their deletion, automatically or personally, by email.

EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITY

FIHAV is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may be caused by errors or omissions in the contents, due to lack of availability of the website, – which will make periodic stops for technical maintenance – as well as for the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.

MODIFICATIONS

FIHAV reserves the right to make, without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate on its website, for which it can change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it, as well as the way in which these appear presented or located on your website.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Decree-Law No. 370 “On the computerization of society in Cuba”.

 Decree Law No. 199 of 1999, on the security and protection of information.

 Decree No. 321 of 2013: “Administrative concession to the Telecommunications Company of Cuba, S.A.  for the provision of public telecommunications services.

 Agreement No. 3736 of 2000 of the Executive Committee of the Council of Ministers.

 Agreement No. 8151 of 2017 of the Executive Committee of the Council of Ministers that certifies the functions of the MINCOM.

 Resolution No. 64 of 2002 of the MINCOM on the Security Office for Computer Networks (OSRI) subordinated to the MINCOM.
